SCIARE DI EST CATARRATTO

100% CATARRATTO

a Sicilian classic to savor

The Sciare di Est range includes this varietal Catarratto, a wine of delicate orange-blossom scent from vineyards on the east side of the Volcano, 600 metres (1970 feet) above sea level. This wine expresses to the full the personality of the grapes and the geographical area where they grow. Its dry, fragrant style is a good match for fish dishes.
