Our Etna sparkling wines are made from black grapes and are very versatile to accompany pre-meal nibbles, fruit, delicate desserts – their structure means they can be drunk with any food, really. The star of our collection is Nerello Mascalese vinified as a white wine. But their success is mainly due to the long second fermentation and ageing on the lees, following a natural classic method that enriches the wine and enhances its quality.
