Food Pairing: Malvasia delle Lipari is a dessert wine that pairs well with Sicilian sweets based on ricotta cheese, but seems born to have the typical almond cantucci biscuits of the Aeolian Islands dipped in it. It is also a great choice to accompany soft herby cheeses.
